My 2005 Land Cruiser was failing to start after work due to an issue with the battery. I had a four hour drive home, and was a bit panicked after I wasn’t able to jump it. I called Justin after the failed anttempts, described what was going on and he was able to diagnose a few potential problems just over the phone. Chaffin was an absolute god send for us. My husband accidentally put gas into our diesel truck so we couldn’t even turn the car on. Justin came to us to help us hand pump it out. When that didn’t work, he stayed up wayyyyyy into the night to allow us to get a tow and help us fix the mistake. He was incredibly kind, went above and beyond, and never tried to up sell or over charge us, even though we were completely up the creek. He’s incredibly trust worthy and I would take any car back there in a heart bear.
