Mr. Chaffin was quick and very friendly and helpful. He fixed a fuse that had been out for months for us and we were unable to find the source for the longest and he fixed it without even knowing it needed to be. Along with fixing the initial issue, even late in the evening he took the time to come out and help us. I really appreciate his willingness to help, his patience, teaching us along the way, just his friendly demeanor. Made us feel comfortable and saw he had a genuine character. Don't know where to start other than this has been a joke to even try to work with this company... lack of communication with potential clients we didn't get an estimate till 3 weeks after they showed up ....and had to remind Roger we were waiting on the estimate....to follow he increase the estimate not but a day or 2 later due to evergy coincidentally changing standard regulations.... hope this helps the next guy just simply trying to find someone reliable and trustworthy to help with all your electrical needs.. sorry bud ... read more
