Swore i would never go back after a less than pleasurable experience hiring a trailer a few years ago. Anyway, went in today to get a gasket for an Atom edger which is very common and generic part used across Ryobi and other manufacturers. There are only 2 sizes of this gasket, 53mm ID and 55mm ID. I was told i needed to provide the engine manufacturer to get the part. I informed the bloke that it was a generic part and thought he would be able to put his hands on one easily. Sent tgb ex demo quad in for what should’ve been warranty work, they wouldn’t come to the party about warranty and didn’t fix issue with fuse blowing, rode it off the Ute after being picked up and immediately blew the fuse once unloaded. Popped the seat off and immediately found bare wires that were shorting out on seat latch. Bike was supposedly not registered under warranty so got that sorted and they were still in denial. A simple check over and they would’ve found the issue and worked out it was a manufacturing issue
