This place deserves zero stars. Chaffey Auto Body was recommended to me by the Metro Infiniti dealer. I went here to repair a door I had damaged when someone backed into me in the parking lot. Chaffey did a piss poor paint job as if they used low quality paint or just a poor job prepping for paint. Check the photos I posted here on my silver Infiniti. Beware. Unorganized and inept. To start off with, the incorrect windshield was ordered/installed. When the correct windshield was installed, the technician gouged the Passenger side illuminated kick plate and plastic molding. The paint was not mixed correctly and multiple applications were required which in the end was still unsatisfactory. Also, the inner hood surface had clear coat applied which we discussed in advance and he understood and agreed to not paint this surface in order to maintain a factory appearance. Let me start by saying that I've never written a bad review about any business that I have been too, but my experience with Juan (the owner/manager) at Chaffey Auto Body was so terrible and unprofessional that I had to express publicly the kind of business ethics that he thinks are acceptable. I went to Chaffey on the suggestion of Mercury Insurance (which was the insurance of the guy who hit me) to get an estimate on my 09 Honda Civic that was rear ended. I love this shop, Juan is so awesome and explains everything to you. I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of and for me being a woman that's a big deal. I use this shop everytime I need work done and I recommend him to all my friends. I've never had someone complain about going to Chaffey.
