If I could give them 10 stars I would. My car was hit at South Shore Hospital while delivering a baby. Every aspect of the incident was a nightmare except dealing with chaffees collision. Matt and the team were so understanding, helpful and professional. They took care of all communication with insurance which was a huge relief and they also kept me in the loop every step of the way. My car looks brand new and I would 100% recommend them for any auto body repairs.
Matt and team were able to fix my car up after an accident. They were very helpful in working with the insurance company to make sure I didn't have to cover anything out of pocket, and most importantly had my car looking just as it did before the accident. They made this part of the process easy and I would definitely go back again.
I cannot recommend Chaffee’s enough. Not only was it a quick turnaround time but the service was excellent! Great place!
