Wish I could give a Zero Star! Please Beware before renting from this community. They let you rent and then try to force you to buy. If you don’t buy they try to force you out and keep your deposit. My experience was horrible anywhere from a leaky roof, mold, soft spots under flooring, shower door that’s almost impossible to get into without a hassle and a the toilet almost falling through the floor. Many times I have addressed the issues to the office and many times they just pretend to care and absolutely nothing gets done... read more
