Here’s the truth no one tells you before you sign: First of all if you rent from them you will not get your security deposit back no matter how good of a tenant you were or condition you left your unit. I want to put out a honest review so that people know the truth. I have been staying here for only 6 months and it has been all a lie. When I first moved in it was all a rush my trailer cabinets were not put on, the trailer smelled like strong paint, all the doors were rushed on including the door knobs which fell of quick and I still have to replace. I have had problems with the AC 3 different times and the last time we had to be put the hole for 2 whole weeks because they had to replace the whole AC unit and decided to put... read more
