We recently moved from this location, so here's a buyer/renter beware list. When we first moved in, our neighbors told us that the unit we were renting had mold problems. Supposedly, this had been fixed. It had not. On walking in, you could smell something like old musty cigarettes, which is a sign that there's mold somewhere in the house.
