We were a shamrock customer in poncha springs when apex took over there was a change in trucks so our trashed got missed called apex and they took care of it by Friday thanks guys great job and our trash will curb side for the different truck on our route
The customer service is outstanding and my driver is awesome. They go above and beyond and I appreciate it so much. Thank you!
They took over the Shamrock service June 2026. NO notification! Missed my scheduled pick up. They said probably another week before they will be in oyr area again! Website portal is a joke! Unable to submit a request! When called, I was on hold for over 10 minutes before I pressed one for a call back! If this is what we should expect for service in the future its time to change!
We left APEX to go to shamrock, which APEX recently purchased, forcing us back into their service for now. It has only been 2 weeks and I am already frustrated with the lack of customer service and inaccurate information. I am responsible for the trash for our duplex and the issues I had with customer service the first time is why I took our business to Shamrock. Scheduled and paid for a roll-off dumpster. Apex Wasted failed to deliver the roll-off dumpster on time on two occasions. Took my business elsewhere. Unreliable.
