Being a senior citizen and being a caregiver my driver has been so kind to place my trash can on my sidewalk when he is done. He is always so polite and respectable. appreciate Scott's weekly service, often his wave plus - his care to get all the trash in his truck and especially that he rolls the container back in the driveway to let us know the container is empty and ready for us to put back it in place.

Trash pickup is usually something you don't think about, but you rely greatly on. The service I receive from Apex has been consistent without issue. If I call them, a real person answers with minimal wait time. The drivers, Alisha and Benjamin, that provide our Trash and Recycling service, have also done a consistently good job. Granted I do not see them often when they pass through, but when I do, they are also pleasant and gave a friendly wave!
