The care and compassion Sam shows the elderly along his route is incredible. From pulling unruly trash cans out to the curb, to taking a moment to check on them, and chat. He gives Apex a great image in our small community!
Apex waste is a horible company every few weeks the trash truck Does not pick up trash on Tuesday in salida and i have to call to have them come back out on friday to get the trash. Also horibile customer service! nobody answers the phone and have to call multiple times to get someone to answer.
Their recycling day pu consist of leaving half the recycling debris on the side of the roads. I walked the day of recycling pick up and saw all the trash splayed out on the road.
