Their recycling day pu consist of leaving half the recycling debris on the side of the roads. I walked the day of recycling pick up and saw all the trash splayed out on the road.
Recycling has not been collected for 3 weeks. I’ve tried calling several times with automated system telling me I’m “number 1” in line but no one ever answers. I’ve been on hold for over 10 minutes every time I’ve called and then end up hanging up. I can’t even leave a voicemail.
This has to be the most disorganized and unprofessional trash service company in the state of Colorado. We have been waiting 5 weeks now for a dumpster. I have checked in every week on the status of our dumpster and I have been told every time that they were sending someone out to approve my request - nobody has come out.
