One of the best Internal Medical Doctor in IE.
Used to be good. When the doctor was over at Riverside community was a lot better. Now they have a third-party that answers the phone and takes appointments which they barely understand English. And will interrupt you while you speak. Saw my doctor yesterday August 18 Everything went good however now extremely unhappy as my wife had scheduled an appointment to see the same doctor she scheduled several months prior as well they called today staining that the doctor was gonna be unavailable for surgery. Dr. Sarah Chae is such a brilliant doctor. She compassionate, takes her time with you and knows her what she is doing. I had her since my early thirties and I’m in my seventies now. I consider her more than a doctor to me she is family.
She’s compassionate but also tells it strait and down to business. She was great during my prenatal visits as well as during labor/delivery
5 stars to Dr Chae 0 stars to hospital 1 star to Chae staff just cause Diane was nice. Clueless but nice. Dr Chae is a amazing Dr, known for over 20 years & that lady really knows her stuff. I am so sad though my family WON'T be continuing our health care with her. Dr Chae sadly moved to a rated 2 hospital & I know from experience Parkview is one of the worst in Riverside County.
