We purchased a fireplace from Chadwick and Hacks about 2.5 years ago. The fireplace was great but it was recently’tripping’ ie. coming on at strange times. We called Chadwick and Hacks abd let them know a d without hesitation, they ordered a new part and booked us in for an install. Their customer service is second to none ! We are really impressed. Went in today to purchase a BBQ cover for my Napoleon Freestyle 425. Before going in I checked the website and saw it was on sale for $67.99 + tax. I had the correct cover in my hand to purchase when the sales associate came over and asked what I was looking for. I told her and showed her the one I was holding.
