Website was easy to use and prices were good. Pickup windows for weekdays are not favourable to people that work, or come from other cities. No flexibility from staff when asked if I can load my own vehicle with the product I bought, even on days they are open later. Disappointing.
This establishment according to EGO head office is the service agent for all EGO products. My EGO lawnmower has been there since early April and is still there. Apparently the reason it is still there is because parts are coming from the USA. The parts are something that should be in stock as an official repair for a manufacturer the size of EGO at least they should be readily available in Canada. I like EGO products but I will think twice about buying a EGO product based on the extremely poor service for any type of repair.... read more
Excellent service.
Great product, excellent service in store and upon delivery and gas hook up. The price was comparable to big box stores but the service is more personal.
Not a good experience with Chadwick's. Took six months to complete the installation of a fireplace and two heaters. They broke the glass on the fireplace resulting in more than two months of delay and they repeatedly failed to get the brand new heaters working until they eventually replaced some components. The installation process resulted in repeated attempts to install without proper knowledge or proper equipment. In one case their worker showed up with a bicycle pump to pressure test the lines.
