When assembling our new BBQ we dropped a little clip into the pipe of a burner and could not get it out. We brought the burner over and Tristan got the clip out! Team was very friendly and helpful. Thank you C&H!!!
PURCHASED ONE OF THE TOP LINE GAS BARBEQUES OVER 7 YEARS AGO. NEVER ONCE HAD AN ISSUE WITH IT. THE STAINLESS GRILLS , THE BRUSHED STAINLESS OUTSIDE FINISH IS SECOND TO NONE. I'd like to share a recent experience with Chadwicks. I was having a few neighbors over for a backyard BBQ. I wanted to share something special with them. I decided on my bacon explosions as an appetizer. My smoker wouldn't fire up. The heat rod had failed. I called Chadwicks and spoke Gary. He had the part in stock but I was not experienced at the instal. Gary said let me call you back. 5 minutes later he said his service guy would be there in half an hour! I had an incredible experience with Chadwick’s & Hacks Fireplace and Barbecue. I recently moved into a home with a gas fireplace that worked well over the winter, but once the weather warmed up, I noticed a strong musty odour and condensation coming from inside.
