If you are purchasing a large BBQ, do not buy it from these guys. They only do curb side delivery after they have fully assembled your BBQ at their shop. My mistake in not checking the weight to see my new Napoleon is over 500 lbs. There is no practical way to get this BBQ to most backyards unless you have a paved flat surface from front to back or 4 big guys to properly lift/roll it there. Given they only sell, assemble and deliver what Napoleon makes, not having a backyard delivery option does not work for me and I suspect... read more
Horrible customer service. We bought a brand new $3,000 Dimplex fireplace from them, and as soon as we installed it we noticed a strange noise from the motor, and some of the flames did not work. We called C&H for support and said they couldn't do anything for us and that we had to contact the manufacturer for warranty even though we just bought it. They said they would get Dimplex to call us in 2-3 business days but we haven't heard anything in almost 2 months. Super disappointed and will not be buying from them again.
My Dyson stopped working - the cannister wouldn't close - and I brought it in to see if they could fix it. Someone greeted me right away and I told them my issue. They took the vacuum to their technician in the back and within 10 minutes they came out and it was working again. I don't know the gentleman that helped me but I am so grateful!
