Extremely Disappointing Business Experience I strongly recommend being very careful when doing business with Chadwick Baross. I agreed to purchase a machine after Bob Dufresne confirmed the price. After a final confirmation and a phone call with Robert Harrison, Sales Manager, I sent the full payment. I was specifically told that the machine would be ready and delivered within two days. The parts department, Most importantly Shana Shea Is the absolute best in the area I called this week right after a major snowstorm, looking for a hard to find part for my Takeuchi Shana Took her time to try to find the part in it’s updated part numbers she was able to find one and save the day. Thank you so much to her and the team kept my business going. Really appreciate it
Shana in the parts department is always super helpful and genuinely seems glad to get you what you need. She has the customer service that I wish every parts or service department had!
