These guys don't have a clue what they're doing. Constantly come with the wrong parts. Say they'll be back one day and don't show up for a week later. One technician said is the problem still happening, I said only in cold weather. he says well it's fixed then lol. No not fixed
Awesome customer Service. General manager Shane is great to work with and he always answers the phone and keeps our machines running! Quick service and the technicians are all great guys! Look forward to using Chadwick BaRoss in the future!

These guys that work here are remarkable. They take pride in their work, and are incredibly courteous. I cannot sing enough praises about the service manager Shane and Lee at the parts counter. Time is money in our business and Shane went above and beyond countless times for us. I went in recently for some parts and Lee is so knowledgeable I am so grateful we can get all of our questions answered confidently! 10/10 :)
