I had the bulbs replaced in my headlights a few months ago, and within a week one of them was still not working. They looked at it again and said the wiring was bad; ok fine. They replaced the entire headlamp assembly just 3 weeks ago (on a car that I rarely drive), and today both headlamps fell out driving down I70. I’ve had this car for 10 years and never an issue.
