We had our free consultation, and the coordinator, Katlin, and the doctor was super nice and informative. We are excited to follow their recommendations and begin treatment when the time comes. They made us feel at ease with everything in the consult as well as what will happen in the future.
Great Experience! Our son is in SC for an internship and his retainer came unglued and was poking him and causing pain. His ortho is in TN, so I Googled orthodontists in SC and found Chadwell Orthodontics. I called and spoke with Alexis, who was so kind and understanding. They got him in immediately and fixed his retainer! I can't thank them enough and highly recommend them!
The Chadwell Orthodontics team has been so pleasant to work with. Every member of the staff has taken the time to describe every step of the process to make sure my son is as comfortable as possible with his braces.
