The receptionist -an Asian women most probably Indian very rude not helpful at all ! I’ve never used the gp services now i understand why A&E is full of patients ! If I can rate the services I could give 0 ! They don’t listen to your problems they just want to close the phone and sit on their asses in the chairs talking non senses with the other receptionists. I don’t even know why they are payed for? Very rude and poor services! First time in my life when I need to talk to the gp and she just close the phone !

Ashton Gardens surgery is the one of the worst surgery I have ever seen in my life. Extremely Poor Service – Avoid if Possible! I am beyond disappointed with the service at this GP practice. Getting an appointment is an absolute nightmare—they refuse to give one at first, and after several days of waiting, they only offer a phone consultation.
