On the 12/06/2026, I had my radio replaced which was under warranty. This was completed, which the radio and touch screen is working as should. But for some reason they unplugged the dash cam unit and doing so destroyed the power cable. On my way home, I found the damaged cable not attached so I rand Chadstone Mitsubishi and drove back to the dealer. Staff are nice enough but the business is hopeless at follow ups. They say they will call you when the part arrives. But they don’t. There is no reply from their online service request. The service advisors request extra information (a video of the radio playing up) but don’t reply or book you in when you send it.
We want to say a HUGE thank you to Rahul for his time, patience, support & care he gave us in a personal but professional manner at all times. Rahul & Brad went above and beyond to make sure we got our car when we REALLY needed it. We will be Mitsubishi customers for life.
