This is by far the most disgusting place i have ever stepped foot in. I'm not sure if there is a standard that is meant to be up held to be a motel. but this place could not meet it. I had arranged for late check in as i traveled. I walked into the room and started to dry reach. you could see by the talcum powder on the floor that they had made some attempt to mask the smell. I walked out and slept in my car at the local shopping centre.

Affordable. Excellent location, within walking distance to Chadstone Shopping Centre. The room was old, but clean and tidy.

Worst place I have ever visited. The room was filthy, smelly, and poorly maintained, with cobwebs on the chairs. I left within 10 minutes because it was unbearable, despite the room being non-refundable.

Very old style motel , could do with refurbished to make it more comfortable Not well lit up and no front door entry security at night

This place should be renamed 'Charlots Web' where do I start? Do not open your windows, they are covered in spider webs and dirt. They state on website meals and display a dining room, no menu or meal time information in room also on dining room inspection nothing to indicate any meals on offer or in use.. When you have a shower you can exfoliate with the towels they are that hard.
