The team are kind, gentle and efficient. The new office is light bright and newly refurbished so a really lovely environment. I’ve been taking my kids here for many years. Highly recommend!!
My fiancé and I have recently begun to see Dr Halé Al-Sabbagh. For both of us she has been outstanding in her professionalism and dental abilities. I have never enjoyed visiting the dentist however, in this instance I was able to relax and feel comfortable. Dr Halé Al-Sabbagh is quietly spoken and explains every dentistry procedure before beginning. She is thorough and gentle with her actions. My fiancé and I are grateful you have found this dental clinic and Dr Halé Al-Sabbagh.
This is a great dental practice. Staff are always friendly, their systems are great at sending reminders and confirmations, and nothing ever seems to be too much trouble for them. Dr. Jason Sebastian is an absolute legend, with the best doctor-patient engagement I've ever seen. Can have a great chat about all things whether it's science fiction TV shows, classical music, or a wide variety of other topics. I used to see Dr. Jason regularly and always found him friendly and informative. However, after returning from a relocation, my recent experience was very different. During the visit, he criticized me for not visiting in four years, which felt completely uncalled for. More concerningly, the two fillings he performed were done poorly. I felt confused and uncomfortable by the sudden change in his demeanor and care, leading me to cancel all my follow-up appointments. I won't be returning.
one of the most thorough dentists i’ve seen - i’ve had awful experiences in the past and the dentist here really walked me through everything - kept me informed through the entire process - gave a thorough explanation of what i should be doing whilst im at home, went for the follow up appointment and ive healed my gums on my own with the guidance of the incredible dentists here at chadstone dental! real 10/10 experience really appreciate the team here. now i don’t have to fear going to the dentist!!!
