Was referred to Chad’s by my regular mechanic as they don’t do the ring and pinion work in their shop. Called Chad to make an appointment, drove my truck from Olean to Jamestown on a Sunday to drop it off. Was made aware that the truck would be ready that Wednesday. Chad actually had it completed that Tuesday evening. I was able to pick it up on Wednesday morning. World class guy, and provided world class service. Chad's was honest and to the point . Test drove the truck and ruled out the problem I thought it was. Saved me a bunch of money. Nice guy but super busy.

Honest and upfront. Fast service and guaranteed work. Had rear differential redone in 5 hours. Great experience.
This is the only person I'd let rebuild the rear end in my Jeep. Impeccable work that the owner stands behind at a very fair price. Definitely recommend!
