I've been going to Chad's Quick Auto for several years. Their service is always excellent and fair. Recently, I brought my F150 in for a transmission problem. Thanks to Quick Auto for diagnosing and repairing the problem at a reasonable price. Shout outs to Mason for providing frequent updates on the status of my truck and the price it would cost to repair, and to Jose the technician who did the repairs. My truck is running well again. I will continue to go to Chad's Quick Auto to repair my cars and trucks.

Dropped my vehicle off to have ONE motor mount replaced. My husband had already replaced the other three himself. We knew for a fact this would be a one hour job, and we were supplying the part too. Our jaws dropped when we were quoted $400! After declining the service, we were then hit with a $81 diagnostic fee....they already knew what the issue was! They took our money and didn't even do anything.
Called to find out status of my p/u secretary couldn't find anyone that knew said would call me back after waiting for an hour I called back she went to ask the boss I could hear in the back groud him in a anger rage I won't re Pete very unprofessional and offensive he lost me and everyone I know as a customer
I was in town visiting family and had car issues, my mom recommended Chad's and we went dropped the car off and they repaired it and had it ready for me a few days later. We made it home safely, thank you so much!
