Will blame you for billing issues and try to charge when services were not rendered, even after being provided video proof showing they did not mow on the days/times provided. Lady in the office is very rude and condescending. Read the other reviews, it all matches up.
Chad's has provided us with very exceptional service for the past 5 years at multiple properties we own. Their staff are always very professional, on time and go the extra mile to ensure our properties look beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone interested in an incredible lawn!
