Chad has done a tremendous job with the changes we wanted to make to the house. He took the time upfront and along the way to understand what we needed and wanted and has done everything he could do and more to exceed our expectations. Chad transformed our house into a space I could not have imagined. He was very honest and up front on what could be done, the cost and time frame. He always took our ideas and what we were hoping for with the space into account, yet was very honest if something could be achieved in a better or more cost effective way. There was not once where I called or sent him a text, that I didn't either get a prompt return call or text to answer any question I had. I tried Chad's Home Improvements a while back with a plumbing issues. I was impressed with his professionalism and his ability to solve a difficult problem. I called on him again in May for a very major problem in my home. He brought his crew and stayed with it resolving my problem and restoring my property to "BETTER THAN NEW".
