Chad and team were great to work with. They did an amazing job of reconstructing the front end of our recently purchased salvage title truck that the selling company cut corners on. Chad explained everything, work was done quickly, and we are so happy to have a solid and sharp-looking front end!

Chad did a great job on our vehicle, and the paint work looks very good. However, the customer service could definitely use some improvement. When we picked up the car, nobody walked us through the repairs or explained what had been done. We also were not informed about the proper care and protocols for a freshly painted vehicle, which would have been very helpful. I was visiting from out of town and hit a deer. The tow driver recommended Chad's so that is where I had the vehicle taken. He worked quickly with my insurance company to provide them what they needed. I got most of my belongings out of the car before I left, anticipating repairs. Ultimately my insurance company totaled the vehicle. Chad went the extra mile to take the remaining items from my car and mail them to me. Really appreciate the customer service, especially being 5 hours from home!
Chad is the only person I trust to do any work on my vehicles in town. He always does an outstanding job. I highly recommend his shop for any and all repair needs!
