Extremely rude! We unexpectedly broke down while we were traveling back home and went to Chad's for help but nope! The guy acted like he didnt want to help, didn't even acknowledge us when we walked up. Very unprofessional and rude not that he cares but may you have the day you deserve sir. All we wanted was help so we could get back home to our family. If you didnt want to help you could have just said that.
We were just passing through when our car started acting up. He was busy, but was able to squeeze us in. Highly recommend!
