I usually am not the type to leave reviews especially bad ones but for Chads body shop I have to make an exception. Chads took 3 months to fix our car initially. We had to call every week asking when it would be finished just to be strung along for weeks on end. Chad was very helpful at first and said to bring it back if we had any issues and they would “take care of it”. The car still had issues including water leaking anytime it rained. Ethan saved our a$$es! He went more than above and beyond! We were in a real bind after running over nails and getting two flat tires on I-165 near Beaver Dam. Thankfully, Ethan came to our rescue and towed us to Fast Lane Auto Repair. He was absolutely fabulous – so courteous and genuinely helpful from start to finish. We are incredibly grateful for his assistance and highly recommend his services to anyone in need!
My friend brought her car in, and they charged her an exorbitant amount of money to repair it. They returned it with more problems than she brought it in with, and they were misogynistic. Don’t go here unless you want to be condescended to and to have your car in worse shape returned to you then when you brought it in.
Absolutely horrible, they mistreated you and are not competent to safely work on a vehicle
