Chad is a jerk! I had 3 lug nut studs put on and Shawna tried to charge me $30 for something that took 3 minutes, when I explained the situation to little chad he said " how much do you think it should be $2?" this is how he treats his customers. I went there for his rating and wouldn't want anyone else to make the same mistake. Hope it was worth it little chad. Also, Shawna talks the talk but doesn't now anything. She wanted me to buy a new hub when it wasn't needed. BE CAREFUL, wait.... just go some where else!
I'm a senior citizen of Evanston Wy. living on a set income! I've saved money for six months to have my vehicle fixed the Blue Book value on it is 4 to 5 hundred dollars. I was recommended to take it to Chads Automotive, taking it there I was told they could fix the leaks for 400$ so I left it for them to fix.They called and said it was fixed so I went and paid $356 and drove it home. As I try to explain before you and your friend started yelling and cussing me out. The first leak had sprayed oil everywhere and we could not tell if there was more leaks. So after changing the oil cooler lines we washed the bottom of your car. Which I had warned you may make other leaks come out. Which it did. That is why when you came to pick it up the 1st time I told you if you keep seeing drips bring it back in. ROBBERS AND LIARS! I got stranded on the side of the road for A SECOND TIME! After the OWNER "fixed my radiator" and the lady at the front PROMISED they would check everything multiple times upon drop off. Even though all the issues were in the same spot as the one I took in. oh and then they said it was under warranty so I get it back to salt lake Utah. and my guys found out it was the head gasket. so thanks to them not doing their job properly and possibly not even changing out the radiator.
