Had my truck taken there do to it stalling out and was quoted 520.00 to get it fixed and back to working order. Chad told me the issue with the truck was a sensor not a fuel pump like I had been told before . He kept telling me no me something was wrong but he didn’t know and that now it needed a new motor. I had it brought back to the house and he went and charged me $600.00 just to have another mechanic look at it without my consent . I will never use this man again . we got our truck back in 3 days which i was not expecting at all. they explained everything they found wrong in plain english so i actually understood it. the quote was exactly what we paid, no surprises or extra charges sneaking in. had a little mix up with the appointment time but they squeezed us in anyway which was super nice of them. i honestly dont know why people drive out of town for repairs when this place handles it just fine. already thinking of bringing my wifes car in for its next oil change.
Great customer service
My buddy and I were on a trip to VA from TX and our truck broke down outside of Arkadelphia, AR. We got in contact with Chad and got the truck towed to his shop. Once there, he found it was a battery issue. He went to Walmart and got the battery replaced under warranty and got us back on the road quickly. He was great with pricing and a friendly, professional mechanic. Thanks Chad!
First time using Chad's Auto Repair and I'm now a customer for life! Chad was able to help repair my BMW X5 when nobody else could. He was responsive and informative on the problem, professional, quick turn around repair, affordable saving me lots of money, honest and upfront with everything and tow service was a plus as well!
