My buddy and I were on a trip to VA from TX and our truck broke down outside of Arkadelphia, AR. We got in contact with Chad and got the truck towed to his shop. Once there, he found it was a battery issue. He went to Walmart and got the battery replaced under warranty and got us back on the road quickly. He was great with pricing and a friendly, professional mechanic. Thanks Chad!
First time using Chad's Auto Repair and I'm now a customer for life! Chad was able to help repair my BMW X5 when nobody else could. He was responsive and informative on the problem, professional, quick turn around repair, affordable saving me lots of money, honest and upfront with everything and tow service was a plus as well! I stopped by because of a misfire, (Elantra 2017) Luckily I had the part I needed with me. Chad drop what was in he’s hands and started working on my vehicle. In 5 minutes I was on the road again. he didn’t even charge me. Instead he politely asked me to just leave a review. I actually owe you this review for a while now my apologies.
We were in from out of town and had about a 9 hour drive to get back home. Chad came to our hotel, did a diagnostics and then fixed everything on site. He was professional and over the top of the customer service.
We would give Chad 10 stars if we could. We were afraid we were dealing with an unfixable problem. He came out to our campsite and called a tow truck. He brought it back himself a day later with the problem diagnosed and totally fixed. He also solved an additional problem we had with getting our oil changed. Chad is very professional and an excellent mechanic. Can’t recommend him highly enough.
