We were in from out of town and had about a 9 hour drive to get back home. Chad came to our hotel, did a diagnostics and then fixed everything on site. He was professional and over the top of the customer service.
We would give Chad 10 stars if we could. We were afraid we were dealing with an unfixable problem. He came out to our campsite and called a tow truck. He brought it back himself a day later with the problem diagnosed and totally fixed. He also solved an additional problem we had with getting our oil changed. Chad is very professional and an excellent mechanic. Can’t recommend him highly enough.
Took my car to him, he had it for two plus months with no progress and poor communication. I don’t recommend taking your car here unless you don’t want to see it again or get it back in worse condition. Look at all the other cars on his property.
