Chad's is open later which is very nice! Very Detailed when looking over the vehicles and professional when explaining the issue. His prices are fair.
Chad’s auto honestly is my go to place! They are very respectful and very accommodating. I once needed a rush oil change before heading out to Jersey for a family emergency and they got me in very fast and out so that I was on the road in a short period of time and with a reasonable price! Chad is very thorough n care about what he does. Knowledgeable in makes n models n has helped me get better vehicles. He is my #1 mechanic.
I had an inspection, alignment, lower control arms and brake/rotor replacement done here during the last week of February. Almost immediately afterward, I noticed loud squeaking coming from the brakes. I brought this to Chad’s attention within 1-2 weeks of getting it inspected and was advised to “go on a hill and slam the brakes hard,” which didn’t sit well with me.
