0 star…. Went up more than 10% percent on an estimate from one year previous for no other reason than they could. 10 grand for a system that worked a matter of a handful of days. Questionable that tech sent out to diagnose issue really knows what’s wrong as company has a vested interest in lying about weather issue is mechanical or installation. Not to mention the guy that showed up to check out the problem was blazed to the atmosphere and reeked of marijuana. It’s just bad all the way around. Shop elsewhere.
Chads AC is the best all around. Love them In Montgomery and on Lake Martin. Same day service and the best customer service.
