I have before left a review of Chadron Hospital that was less than favorable. Now however I want to say that I have never been treated better at any health facility. The staff was professional and Dr Sutera was phenomenal. I had a slip and fall on the ice and they covered everything with me to make sure there was nothing more serious than bruises and swelling.
I brought my 10 month old in due to high fever and other symptoms indicative of infection. The staff welcomed us immediately and started investing the problem. They were very kind, thorough, knowledgeable, and timely. The whole medical team worked together beautifully. We were able to leave that evening with a diagnosis, treatment, and plan for follow up. I highly recommend this location.
