I've been drinking their Organic First Flush Sencha Superlative for years. It's a reliably fantastic tea. For many years prior I ordered an equivalent tea from Japan, but the Chado Tea House version is at least the equal of it, and at a much lower shipping cost. In fact, often there is an offer for free shipping if you spend a fairly modest amount. And the service is extraordinary. Extremely helpful and caring people. I always feel like I'm getting really individual service. I say: do not hesitate to try their tea.

Simply, Amazing! None better for allergy support. I ordered the Benifuuki Green Tea in December, 2023 and began consuming it faithfully well before the start of the spring allergy season 2024. I followed the packet instructions to a "T", as well. Virginia's spring allergy season commences by mid-March and extends into early May. I have had no allergy related issues since then and have not used any OTC products normally consumed for the allergy season. I have been a very avid tea drinker since I visited Japan in 1998, so I was very excited when I discovered Chado Tea House around 2015. Since then I have made a purchase on average once a month, and in that time I have never been disappointed. The consistent quality, freshness, and value of these Japanese teas has been second to none. And the diverse selection and wonderful service is what keeps me going back for more!
