Chad’o is the best in the game. Been going weekly for years and always been a delight.
I’ve gotten great haircuts here, but the overall vibe is brought down by Chad’s energy. He consistently comes across as cold and unwelcoming. Even on the phone, he’s the type to hang up on customers. It creates a tense atmosphere that makes it hard to fully enjoy the experience. As the first person you interact with, a little warmth would really go a long way. Happy to update my review if things improve.
I had my hair done by Chelsea, she did an amazing job with coloring my hair, and making keratin treatment so they look smooth and beautiful! Go to her she’s the best
