She's nice until your health care takes a lot of work, then she dismisses you, she's just looking for the easy cases
Horrible. Waited 2 months for them to confirm they received my records from my primary in order to make an appt. My primary sent everything over 4x… called today and they said they were not accepting new patients. What the actual hell.. and every person I spoke to over the phone that said they didn’t receive my records .. until today, were extremely rude and wanted to hang up before I could get a word out. Don’t waste your time going here’s I’m glad I was never seen because I’m sure it would have been a disaster
I have been going here for years and believe me if I wasn't happy with my diagnosis or treatment plans , I would have left immediately. I am truly being treated with the correct meds and if I need an injection which is immediate relief they get me in ASAP. I see Kathleen and she gives me my injections and offers me suggestions on things that might help if I'm having a flare up. I love everyone here. Went to see Dr Chadha with crazy pain in my left knee. She sat down and talked to me about the various phases of arthritis and what could be done to relieve the pain. She is professional, and compassionate. Highly recommend if you are having pain in your joints
