My wife called the office to make an appointment... told the receptionist she’s a new patient and and the receptionist rudely tells her to hold...then they hung up... wife calls back... different receptionist was extremely rude as well... also tells her to hold... then hangs up... wife calls back then 3rd and different receptionist was also very rude then proceeded to scorn my wife for not having a referral... my wife never complains about anything... she actually was very upset with this office...guess I see why it doesn’t ... read more
