Incredibly disappointed! We paid for a trip only to arrive to close doors and it's been days without a response. You took our money but did not provide a service. Waited 90min for someone to arrive an called several times without answer. We would like our money refunded!
If I could give 10 stars I would! They were super polite and friendly even though we just made it in the nick of time! Super sorry I cannot remember the drivers name but he was extremely entertaining and his tour talks were very interesting and we learnt lots of new history information. The kids also loved it, we were lucky enough to see seals which absolutely topped it. Thanks so much for a great morning out, would highly recommend!
This is a "must do" if you are in New Plymouth. Despite the sea being a bit angry the hour long trip to the islands provided views of the islands themselves, the seal colonies and marine views of New Plymouth with Mount Taranaki in the background. The team from the charter company are clearly very experienced and despite the rough sea very safety conscious. Our son was a bit seasick but that comes with the territory - didn't stop him wolfing down some fish and chips at lunch!
