I work for an interior design company that has been sourcing furniture pieces from Chaddock for many years. They are one of the few companies that makes 95% of their furniture in the U.S. The comfortability of the chair/sofa seating is second to none. In the past few years they have strived to update their furniture collections to match the ever changing trends. I cannot say enough positive things about this company.

I thought I was dealing with a high quality furniture company, far above the rest. What I am dealing with is a low quality, non-customer oriented company. They have my $20k for a cabinet and 18 months later they still have my product. The original was returned because the color was completely incorrect but ordered correctly. On top of it being the wrong color is was defective in two parts. It was returned to NC, their team promised quick action and a return by the end of March but they delay and delay.
