Exceptional experience and service! I ordered Immunity IV and needed it in a specific schedule, and dripping speed had to be very slow for me. The staff was so caring and met all my requirements. I could stay in the clinic for 3 hours receiving a slow drip and it was completely fine. While the same service last year in another clinic of Kamloops had to rush me, and they stopped the drip after only 80% was done, because they said - it took me too long. I highly recommend if you want to be taken care Thank you so much 🙏❤️

I had a thread lift two weeks ago and am loving the results! Dr. Venter is definitely the best at this, and patiently listens to your concerns. It only takes a little over an hour, and you see results immediately. No down time at all!
I had an appointment with Dr.Venter to remove a skin tag on my eyelid which was in a really tricky area. I was very nervous and asked a ton of questions, which were answered back to me with such patience and understanding. While struggling getting a local anaesthetic to the eye lid ( you can imagine how uncomfortable that is) Dr.Venter had patience, humour and amazing professionalism. Could not recommend enough!
