I was very well taken care of and appreciated dr Willis and the staff for how they treated me today with my surgery!
He did the surgery for my son's ear tubes. 2 weeks later my son is still having issues with his ears. I called his clinic 4x in one day and the nurses kept saying he will reach back to me. Never got a phone call. Now my son has fever from the ear infection , eye drainage, ears not draining. And I was told he will.not see the PATIENT HE WORKED ON. that my baby needs to see his pcp. Terrible experience. I wouldve never let him work on my baby if I knew this is how he would handle aftercare.
Loved the service and loved the nurses and Dr. Willis. God really shined through this experience today.
Dr. Willis did my daughter's 2nd set of ear tubes and was wonderful again! He prayed with us before the surgery which meant so much.
Dr. Willis is amazing! He prayed with us before surgery and took the time to make sure everyone was comfortable. The staff at the hospital was amazing as well. Chelsey and Kay in pre-op and post op were absolutely amazing! They took time with our daughter and made sure she wasn’t scared of surgery.
