The doctors and staff are all kind and respectful to each other and their patients. They are knowledgeable and professional. They are not there to push fancy eyewear or treatments on their patients; they help each patient decide what treatment is actually needed, using a measured approach. I called Richens Eye Center to arrange care for a legitimate, work-related eye injury, and I experienced an incredibly frustrating and stressful conversation with their billing department.
