The selling of our first home in the OBX went well. Chad is a real go getter and is on top of everything going down. Very kind and considerate with a great sense of humor.
We had the good fortune to work with Chad to find a home in the Outer Banks. He went above and beyond the call of duty for us. He did several facetime walk-throughs leading up to our purchase, and after our offer was accepted, he coordinated the settlement, introduced us to our mortgage broker and insurance agent. Chad did an amazing job with our home purchase. He was so prompt and personable. He went the extra mile of answering questions, letting us see the new home multiple times, and also helped us navigate the home purchase. we were first time home buyers and he was incredibly patient with our questions and helped connect us to people and resources that helped us make wise financial decisions for our mortgage, insurance and repairs. We highly recommend using Chad as your realtor. He is honest and looks out for your best interest.
We found something while vacationing and Chad jumped in to help us with zero notice. He was absolutely fantastic, offering help at every turn. He was also extremely communicative and not pushy or opinionated but did offer his thoughts and ideas. I especially loved that he was casual, friendly, and made us feel comfortable. Truly represented us and our needs. Highly recommend, would def use again if the situation arose!
