Dr Stencel is a good doctor. However the front office is not good to its customers. I was a little late with a bill and I got the runaround when I tried to pay it. When I finally did I was told I could not make an appointment. I had been going here for years.
Totally preoccupied with health plan checklists instead of patient first. Front office is rude and inconsiderate of patients. Finding a new doctor.

I love my family doctor but I also miss doctor Eheart I miss him a lot he was my main family doctor and he was a really good man and good family doctor
