I am forever grateful to Dr. Stasik; without him, I might not be here. I had a heart attack on June 13, 2026, and was admitted to Methodist Stone Oak Hospital. I had 100% blockage of the LAD and 40-50% in a few other arteries. I ended up needing a quadruple bypass surgery. Dr. Stasik and everyone on his staff are all wonderful communicators and made me feel at ease about my procedure. Kind, friendly and understanding. It's like they know exactly how the patient feels when faced with major heart surgery and do their best to make the patient comfortable. Norma, Melvin and Tara deserve a special shout out for their patience and optimistic, cheery outlook. This is a wonderful, competent staff in every way.
Dr. Stasik is an excellent communicator. He made me feel at ease during my appointment and answered all my questions thoroughly. He even showed me results of my CT scan on his computer and explained in layman's terms the images on the screen. After just a few minutes, I felt confident I had found the right surgeon for my procedure. His office staff is just as great. Ms. De Leon treated me like family since she first helped me with the appointment.
