We have been happy with the carpet cleaning services we've received before, so we decided to use them again. Jay was the technician who came to our home to clean the carpets. He was very skilled and professional throughout the job. Jay was polite and took extra care, even noticing an area rug that needed cleaning. He offered to take the rug with him and brought it back the next day looking great. We were very satisfied with his work and look forward to having him help us again.
Chad & Sons Carpet Cleaners deserves a thousand stars. Jay and Levi did an amazing job on my carpets. They always respond quickly and are very respectful. After they cleaned my carpets, it looked and felt like I had brand new flooring. I wouldn’t use anyone else for carpet cleaning. If anything needs a touch-up, they come back right away and fix it. They also handle air duct cleaning, and I noticed a big difference after their work. Highly recommend for all your carpet and air duct cleaning needs in Union City!
