We called to schedule an office carpet cleaning, and the team came out within a day to give us a clear quote. Their pricing was much better than the other estimates we received, and the whole process felt easy and straightforward from the start. They worked with our schedule and came in on a Saturday morning while our office was closed, which was very convenient for us. That made it simple to have the carpet cleaning done without interrupting our staff or customers. The crew cleaned about 6,000 square feet of office carpet... read more

We had honestly never scheduled a professional carpet cleaning before, but after a messy accident during the holiday season, it was clear the carpets needed real attention. After reading the reviews for Chad & Sons Carpet Cleaners, we decided to give them a try. The feedback sounded almost too good to be true, but it turned out to match the service we received. i’m so grateful i found someone who really knows carpet cleaning. I had handmade Turkish carpets that were kept in storage for a long time, and before that they had gone through years of wear from pets, kids, and heavy use. They had not been professionally washed in a very long time, so i was not sure they could look good again. bryan was very kind, professional, and careful with the rugs from start to finish. He did an amazing deep cleaning job, brought out the colors, and made the fibers look refreshed and much cleaner. I ... read more

I have been using Chad & Sons Carpet Cleaners for many years, and I have been very happy with the carpet cleaning service. Todd has handled the work with care and always does a thorough job. The carpets look fresh, feel clean, and the pricing is fair for the amount of work involved. I have a large dog that has caused several accidents on the carpet, and the stains and odor were removed much better than I expected. The deep cleaning made a big difference, especially in high traffic areas where dirt and pet smells can build up... read more

So glad i scheduled a carpet and upholstery cleaning for my large sectional and nearby rugs. Communication was great, and i got a text about 20 minutes before the crew arrived, which was even better than the original service window. pedro and Bryan were professional, explained what to expect, answered all my questions, and got right to work. About 45 minutes later, they were finished, and they did not try to push any extra services, which i really appreciated. The sectional looked refreshed, the carpeted areas came out clean... read more
