VERY unprofessional! Was with this agent for years and again had a rate increase out of nowhere. I called to inquire about it and the girl I spoke with didn't seem to know why it was increased despite her trying to explain. I said it was OK if she didn't know and that I was NOT trying to say she was stupid or anything but I would like to speak with Chad about it.
