I went to Dr. Smith for my annual checkup. He asked me if I had any concerns. He sat with me with his full attention and addressed all my concerns with such compassion. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated that visit. I will be retiring soon, and I was so happy to hear that he would still be part of my healthcare plan. He is such a blessing to me.
Dr. Smith seemed very professional and caring. BUT most of my appointments were with N.P. Krissy. I found her to be very dismissive and lacking empathy. Get in, get out and move on to next patient because she doesn't want to take the time to listen. Very poor communication skills. And don't bother trying to get an antibiotic that you know will work, because you will be relentlessly questioned and not given a script.
