Bad experience, the interaction with chad smith was the most unpleasant. He rushed out quick with minimal explanation, didn't have quote for weeks. I came on here to read the reviews, and also asked my colleagues who have worked with him. People all said the same thing, it's a matter of personality.
Worst contractor you could possibly go with.. The contractor took over 2 months to do a estimate get paid by insurance then won't talk to you, since he does not treat you as the client. The insurance; therefore, he has no problem screwing you to side with the insurance.
. I requested an estimate from this company, it took a over 2 months for them to give me the estimate don't waste your time with this company.
They are a small but mighty team! Customer-centric, professional, works in a timely fashion, and good communicators. The quality of craftsmanship is excellent and their team is huge on customer service and satisfaction. They helped renovate my kitchen after a leaky kitchen roof and very happy to have a warm and inviting kitchen to make healthy meals with. The materials they used were of solid quality and I was impressed by their courteous staff. Highly recommend!
