Went to him about a concern I had already been to a previous doctor (money) they just prescribed medication didn’t test for anything. Went to him told him my concerns he did the exam and said he’ll send a UA. I called back the next week trying to get my results. They said try 7-10 business days. Call back when it was time they said they never sent UA. I was genuinely shocked because I could have got sepsis but this was not a concern I guess because it was not them. I had NEVER wrote a review but I am extremely dissatisfied and disheartened with my experience, and I didn’t even get past the point of trying to make an appointment. An employee named Kim “assisted” me over the phone and she was extremely rude and impatient. I cannot believe the healthcare industry has become this dismissive of patients needing care. Just sad and very unfortunate..
I’ll never stop seeing Dr Simmons for all things OB and pregnancy related! He has helped me greatly through miscarriage and currently checking extra things in my fertility aspect to give me the best peace of mind possible.
I highly recommend Dr. Simmons as your OBGYN! He has the knowledge and expertise to care for you and your health with confidence, and knows which specialist(s) to refer you to if needed. His attention to detail and compassion make you feel comfortable and at ease. Really appreciate his office hours, availability, and his KIND staff!
I'm not sure why so many people have left horrible reviews. I've been going to Dr. Simmons for over 15 years and I've always received quality care. I've never waited longer than 30 minutes to be seen; that day he had am emergency c-section that caused him to be late. He delivered my son almost 8 years ago and now I'm seeing him for fertility treatments. He's incredibly knowledgeable and very kind. I'll probably continue to see him until he stops practicing medicine.
