Lisa in the front office is FANTASTIC!!!
Called in Jan of 23…Chad came out. Stated we would need a complete system overhaul. Delivered half the cost for a down payment in aug of 23, finally with no communication in mar of 24 we called Resq plumbing. They came out and fixed the issue without overhauling the system.
Very nice and honest
Was recommended this outfit for a job only to be utterly disappointed. The young lady answering phone calls takes your name and number and abruptly tells you a “technician will call you when they’re on the way”…no time, day or even month, then simply hangs up. Two weeks later and still nothing. Good luck to anyone trying to get service, but my quick experience with the company was not impressive.
