My recommendation is that if they come to your house, watch them like a hawk. They came to my house, punched a $300.00 hole in a cedar closet with their tools, denied that they did the damage, and that since there wasn't an eyewitness to the damage as it was done, that it must've been done by some sort of demented burglar. They then sent the bill to the wrong address and tried to collect interest for late payment, If there was a choice less than one star, they'd get it.
I called Sieger's with some pretty major planing backup. They showed up the next morning, got the info about the backup, and started in right away. They didn't waste any time and were very professional. We happened to have some roots in the pipes.
