1 Star My experience with Chad Shell was disappointing. This case has been pending for approximately 11 months and has involved ongoing discovery disputes. During that time, one prior defense attorney withdrew, Judge Novell is no longer assigned to the case, and Chad Shell has now moved to withdraw or become advisory counsel. I repeatedly raised concerns regarding discovery, evidence disclosure, and preserving issues on the record.
